Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
A method that lets an AI agent look up a business’s own documents before answering, instead of guessing from general knowledge alone.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or RAG, connects an AI agent to a business’s own manuals, policies, and past records. When someone asks a question, the agent searches that material first, then answers using what it found. This is what makes an agent’s answers specific and accurate instead of generic, and it is the core of AI Abstraction’s Knowledge Base & RAG service.
